Since March 2023, Terence has been a part of our team, working as an Officer on MULTRATUG 18.

He knew from an early age that he belonged at sea. His training in Small Vessel Navigation & Engineering at Scalda in Flushing only reinforced that conviction. During his internship, he discovered how natural it felt to him: life on deck, doing maintenance work and securing vessels during projects is where he truly thrives.

"Working on deck is what I enjoy most," he says. "And standing watch in the wheelhouse gives me a strong sense of responsibility."

What Terence values most about working at Multraship is the healthy work-life balance. Four weeks at sea, followed by four weeks at home, gives him the freedom to relax, exercise, attend festivals, and spend time with friends.
