Milan’s maritime journey began at the age of fifteen, when he started as a summer intern in Multraship’s technical department. “I always knew I wanted to do something technical. I started out fixing scooters and cars, but I realised that the maritime world offers me far better long-term prospects.” His internship at Multraship has quickly become a feeling of coming home. “My supervisor takes the time to teach me new things, and the atmosphere on board is great,” he says.
